**Manchester City Thrash AEK Athens 5–1 in the Champions League** What a night of football! Manchester City have beaten AEK Athens 5–1 in the UEFA Champions League at the Etihad Stadium. Phil Foden was the star of the show, scoring a hat-trick, while Elliot Anderson and Rayan Cherki also got on the scoresheet. AEK Athens managed to score once through Stavros Pilios, but City were too strong on the night. I've only recently started following football more regularly, after getting interested during the World Cup. Now I'm watching more Premier League and Champions League matches and slowly learning about the teams and players. Living in the UK, I can see why football gets people so excited. There is always a match to follow and something to talk about! I'm still a beginner when it comes to football, but I'm enjoying learning as I go. Plenty more matches to watch and plenty more to learn! **Full-time: Manchester City 5–1 AEK Athens.**

Spotted this display while walking around the festival grounds. The colours, patterns and sheer number of pumpkins made it impossible to walk past without taking a photo.
